Quality is Nu-Cote's Focus

Nu-Cote's workmanship begins with a scientific approach concerning knowledge of proper preparation of the substrate for the application of the correct material to effect the desired results. All technicians and installers are fully trained as well as experienced, with truck loads of state-of the-art equipment. Nu-Cote specializes in homes that are in close proximity to the coastline, and that need to be protected from moisture. Special attention is given to create a moisture barrier which protects the structure from the elements. All stages of work are performed in a timely fashion, and cleanup is as important as any other part of the job. Our full time Field Superintendents monitor quality control on each and every project, and can easily be reached on a cellular phone at most any time of day or early evening.

RECENT TESTIMONIALS

I never dreamed that I would write you about the fire retardant benefits of TexCote. For the past two years we have enjoyed the quality look of the TexCote application which your company applied to our house and attached masonry walls and patio covers. We initially purchased TexCote for its durability, weatherproofing, lifetime paint properties and warranty. However, I now must extol the fire retardant benefits of TexCote.

We live in Rancho Bernardo and were hit early by the Witch Creek fire. Eighty-two of 300 homes in our community were destroyed by this fire. While we sustained property damage in excess of six digits in cost, nothing on our property painted with TexCote sustained any damage including our house. Moreover, there is not even so much as a black smudge on any of the wood painted with TexCote even though in some cases the personal property below the wood was damaged by the fire and flying embers. More that 300 feet of wood fencing was destroyed except one 21 foot section which was painted with TexCote, the only section of the fence so painted. Other that some nominal paint blistering, this section of fence looks as good as the day it was painted. It is very clear to us the TexCote played an important role in saving our house from this catastrophic fire.
